This is for RetroArch, and should work on PCSX-ReARMed and the beetle cores. I couldn't say for sure about DuckStation, as I personally haven't tried it out yet.
This is a save for Gundam Battle Assault 2 that has every character and mode unlocked! Usually, you'd have to beat the street mode with every character that has one for the moment, and then I think you had to win so many fights in multiple survival modes to unlock the characters, but this save has it all unlocked!
