Patch to remove the camera panning away from violent cutscenes.
This is for the US version.

Instructions:

• Use "CDmage" to extract the EXE from the disc image.
• Apply the patch using "PPF-O-MATIC 3.0".
• Re-inject the modified EXE back into the disc image and save it.
