If GBArunner2 is still booting, that means that you haven't edited "settings.ini" Please copy and paste your file here so we can see what's wrong. BTW nothing related to GBArunner3 will appear on TM++ settings menu yet.

That list only applies to DSiWare games in non DSi models, as they need extra patching since the og DS was not designed to run DSiWare games (so yeah this is like magic lol)
