    I've read somewhere you can play this game in co-op mode over the wi-fi - am I mistaken? It would be one cool feature though.

    There's no limitation when you're playing with a friend (via friend codes). And it's actually quite fun - like Pictochat over the Wi-Fi. Another game that has voice chat is Metroid Prime - Hunters.
