    I didn’t know he was a lawyer. Plus 90DNS was used early on before better alternatives were made. And since this happened in 2018 (when the Switch modding scene was still brand new), 90DNS was all they had that didn’t involve wiping/hiding serials and/or messing with the nand itself.

    Exactly. They always want to hit the hardest whenever they file a lawsuit. Taking down yuzu would also take down Citra. Nintendo does NOT want people to continue to use anything 3DS and instead force us to purchase a $70 remake on the switch.

    well since the ESA is involved, it would be equivalent of a movie/tv sharing site getting shut down by the MPA(A). it hosted files that isn't just Nintendo's. but a large majority of them are all in the ESA (Sony, SEGA, T2, Microsoft, etc)

    Larsenm doesn’t run it anymore. He gave RiiConnect24 away to the WiiLink team, it does use the same code, but it’s controlled by a completely separate team
