If you're on Windows, I recommend using UWPStreamer, Snickerstream, or kit-kat unless you are comfortable setting up a dev environment to build this, at least until I have a way to make Windows binaries.
What OS are you on? If you are an Ubuntu, you can install by opening a terminal and entering:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:joenosie/3ds
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cutentr
If you are on Debian or Raspbian Jessie, there are installable .deb packages on the release page. I don't...
It's possible to port to Android using the Ntr and StreamWorker classes, but I don't have a device that would be up to snuff for developing it, and I'm not sure if the performance would be good enough even on a high end device.
In that case, the most likely cause is your firewall blocking...
Based on the log file, the streaming data isn't reaching your client. I'm not sure if it's your network or something with SUSE. Do other streaming clients work through wine?
Could you post the contents of ~/.cache/cutentr.log
Also, try building from the latest commit of the master branch.
Translations are welcome, but It may be slow to implement them on my side, as the strings are currently hard-coded.
I am releasing the first alpha of the NTR streaming client I wrote.
It is written in Qt/C++ and works natively on Linux without wine or mono.
Latest version: 0.3.1
Features:
Separate top and bottom
Rescale windows without restarting
Universal NFC patch (Game specific patches are planned)...
Your package.list file is using dos line endings (\r\n) instead of unix (\n). That seems to be causing a literal '\r' character to be appended to the downloaded file name. I think, at least.
IANAL but, if it's under a permissive license such as MIT or BSD style, then sharing the source code is not necessary. Retaining the license notice is all that is required. If the software license is licensed under the GPL, any user of the software is entitled to receive a copy of the source...

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
