(RANT) No Help From Google with YouTube XL

Its nice knowing that when you politely ask for help from Google in reference to one of THEIR products, you get ignored. YouTube XL on Wii has been messed up for a while and asking for help on the stupid support forum and even giving a direct yet very polite "please help" message on the official Facebook page does nothing. Its just frustrating because they're so damn focused on YouTube for Xbox 360 that they ignore the fact that the Wii and PS3 Can also browse their site. OK I'm done ranting. Feel free to discuss.

I agree that most large corporations don't give a shit but most large companies at least make it easier to contact their tech support. Its shameful. Considering that there are 45 million Wii consoles I just want to facepalm. I swear. If WiiMC had the ability to access YouTube accouns properly, I'd ditch the damn site all together

Uhm... use WiiMC?

Youtube XL has always been poo, ESPECIALLY on the Wii. If you want proper streaming, stream directly rather then via an outdated browser.

Google are a company. No matter what they say, they're out there to make profit. And profit is not to be found in YouTube XL, a service that does not screen ads or make money for Google at all
