Open TWiLight Menu++, then browse to the DSiWare .nds file, and launch it.
Is there a way to directly put them in the home menu ?

I bought a DSi XL recently and all those DSi Enhanced / Exclusives (think I read that somewhere) sound interesting. :)

Fun fact: Sonic Classic Collection plays better on a DSi than a DS/DSL.

Didn't work + when i press Y it only shows the game's info
I thought you would have the option here.
Is your DSiware a .nds file ?
What you can try is to delete your _nds folder, redownload TWL++ and copy back to your SD the untouched _nds folder from the archive. Try to launch again a DSiware title, it should ask you to select the donor rom at boot.

EDIT : alternatively you can add this line to your nds-bootstrap.ini located in the _nds folder (adapt to your config) :

DONORTWL_NDS_PATH = fat:/Roms NDS/Sonic Classic Collection (DSi Enhanced) (E).nds

EDIT2 : I re read your 1st post and did not see you were on DSi, AFAIR it is straight forward compared to DS/Lite. Not need for donor rom, just launch the .nds of your DSiware Title.

Kind of off topic, but the DS has 3 Zelda games, not two.

DSi Ware Exclusive

There are some pretty cool DSi Ware games.
